WHAT IS GEORGIA OYSTER REVIVAL?

ECO’s Georgia Oyster Revival returns to Savannah’s Starland Yard as an event dedicated to celebrating and preserving Georgia’s oysters. Building on the success of last year, which hosted over 300 guests, 18 chefs, and 5 Georgia growers who provided more than 6,000 oysters, this gathering serves as a vital intersection for culinary excellence and coastal conservation.
