ECO’s Georgia Oyster Revival returns to Savannah’s Starland Yard as an event dedicated to celebrating and preserving Georgia’s oysters. Building on the success of last year, which hosted over 300 guests, 18 chefs, and 5 Georgia growers who provided more than 6,000 oysters, this gathering serves as a vital intersection for culinary excellence and coastal conservation. Attendees can expect a curated selection of fresh oysters and chef-prepared dishes, complemented by local beverage partners and live music, all within a community-focused atmosphere.

More than a social gathering, this event is the primary annual fundraiser for ECO, with all proceeds directly supporting the organization’s educational and advocacy programs. These funds enable ECO to implement place-based curricula that connect students with oyster farmers, scientists, and maritime professionals.
